Some places in India is facing drought and some other place
is facing floods. If Government wants, it can address this problems with new
technology says Manmohan Gupta, president of Gandhi Vichar Manch, based in
Malad, Mumbai.
Manmohan Gupta said," The Rivers of India should be
interlinked with canals. This will enable flood prone areas to heave a relief
and drought prone areas to get water. Water can flow to desert. Government
should address the money constrains by recovering black money or
give amnesty to tax hoarders with some penalty or give relief to people to
declare black money as Govt. done before.”
